Rented a 10x15. Get there and the “secure gate” was wide open. Never closed the whole time I was there. Had to leave and go get a lock since nobody was working the office I was told I could purchase a lock from. Gate never closed. Hours of operation was blacked out on the sign, self service kiosk on front porch was covered in dust and turned off. Get to my unit and it’s 9’x14’ so false on the advertisement. Called the number and got an answering service so nobody from the actual company to talk to and the service doesn’t know how to help. All around not a good experience.
