I’ve been at this location for over three years, and it has truly become a home for my business. I rent both an office and a warehouse here, and it has been the perfect space for my online sales company to grow, stay organized, and operate with peace of mind. One of the things I appreciate the most is the exceptional customer service. Rubén at the front desk and María are absolutely wonderful — always attentive, kind, and ready to help with anything I need. Their professionalism and genuine care make every visit smooth and pleasant. The building is consistently clean, safe, and well-maintained. Having my office and warehouse in the same place has made my workflow so much easier, especially when managing inventory and preparing orders. This place has truly been a blessing for my business, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone looking to rent an office or a storage unit. The prices are reasonable, the spaces are clean, and the service is excellent. Definitely recommended.

My first storage experience, Maria made it painless, provided me with every detail of information and was so very pleasant! Excellent customer service!! I leased a10x10 climate controlled unit. Very clean, and easily accessible. I have a second unit and again the service is amazing! Ruben gave me choices and I made my selection. It was clean. Everything was perfect! They are the best ever!!
