Service has really gone down the last four years. I'm unable to pay my bill despite emailing, calling and updating my credit card last month, manually paying AND ASKING THEM TO SETUP AUTO PAY. Bottom line is the people who work there now couldn't really care less about wasting their customers time. The online platform doesn't allow you to pay or reset your login. I also left a message that they should use my card I gave them over the phone. I spending over an hour on the phone. It should not be this difficult to make a payment. It's totally ridiculous. They literally don't give a crap about their customer's time. There used to be people who worked there that actually knew how to do something. Now it's people in a call center that do their best to waste your time. I don't like to leave negative reviews but if I email you, attempt to pay online and I call you and give my number directly and ask you to setup auto pay and you still can't be bothered to do it, it's ridiculous.
