Awful experience. Rent raised multiple times in less than 1.5 years. Office staff is useless. Onsite staff and corporate never return phone calls or emails to explain the rent increases. Very difficult to contact anyone. HUGE rodent issue. Had to throw out a new $3,000 sofa and boxes of clothes even though we had multiple traps and manager assured me it would not be an issue due to their controls in place.
*update- they write a response saying to contact them in order to resolve the issue however, the phone number given is just the main line. Not to anyone specific, not to management or anyone you can reach that actually cares. They post this just to look like they care. One more sign this company is a joke
