Awful experience. Rent raised multiple times in less than 1.5 years. Office staff is useless. Onsite staff and corporate never return phone calls or emails to explain the rent increases. Very difficult to contact anyone. HUGE rodent issue. Had to throw out a new $3,000 sofa and boxes of clothes even though we had multiple traps and manager assured me it would not be an issue due to their controls in place. *update- they write a response saying to contact them in order to resolve the issue however, the phone number given is just the main line. Not to anyone specific, not to management or anyone you can reach that actually cares. They post this just to look like they care. One more sign this company is a joke

The property manager, Kim, went above and beyond to answer all questions. She was patient enough to wait 2 days for my family to figure out that this location was the safest space! We moved from another state and she gave us all information to make an informed decision. She took pride in her job and it shows. She is a wonderful employee and we need more like her! Honest and up front! Way to go Kim!

Kim and Sherie were absolutely, wonderful, friendly and quick to answer all my questions. I felt like they cared and were really focused on helping me find what I needed. It was some of the best customer service I’ve had in 10 years.

Went to storage king today, talked to the property manager Kim about renting a parking place. She was very professional, and was very pleasant to talk to. They didn't have the size I needed put me on the waiting list. I will rent something from them just because of how nice Kim was to me.

Extremely friendly staff. Excellent rates. They have security at night which is great! Their cameras WORK! Last place I was had cameras fir looks I think. Be sure the ca.eras work where you rent. Thanks Bill
